Toshiba 21S23N picture distorted.

Hello ... I needed a good tip if possible ... is a TV (Toshiba 21S23N PCB marked TMA528C "Orion chassis 2003")

The picture is good, but when displayed graphics or subtitles, they seem distorted, as in the photo here ...http://img88.imageshack.us/my.php?image=toshibanv2.jpg

Finally i got it ... reel of video IFT, I changed and now works.
