Daewoo plasma 42sm -help please

my daewoo screen freezes, in either color or black and white or lime green screen or partial screen of green and black or any of the above combos.It does this on power on whether it is to the dvd or cable.
after leaving it on if you power off/on it comes works. then it will just freeze on a scene . the audio works all the time even if it's a black screen. this unit is from 2003 and in 2005 the power supply was replaced (it went pop and nothing). anyone seen this before?  thanks
