Samsung WS-32M064V KS7A Chassis

HI Having a problem with the above set  .The set is dead with the relay is chattering and LED flashing ,the HT is constant at 130v  have no circuit diagram any tips welcome  thanks very much

Found the fault   ....its was a duff crystal next to the micro :clap:
