Dull picture

Hi..... any assistance/ideas  :blush: 20wlt56B replacement screen fitted, complete with Inverter and LVDS, the picture does not appear to be that good!!! very dull and washed out, even after i swapped the boards over... this one uses a CHI MEI Panel....  The other WL56 I have is problems with no OSD  :mellow: but the picture is 10,000 times better,  with AUO Panel!! but change anything!!! cant win!!!  :wallbash:
Any help appreciated.

PS also why does the Timer light sometimes stay on after switch off??
