Viewsonic N3260W

brainstorm:
Hi,
 I have a Viewsonic N3260W LCD TV that is stuck in standby - I think it is a currys brand but not sure -I don't have a manual - the only supply that is coming out of the power supply is 5V. So I presume the power supply is not being turned on or there is a fault in the psu itself.
Is there anybody out there with experience of these sets or anyone with a manual?
