Panasonic TH-42PE30 Plasma tv

Hello all,
I am still not able to obtain D621 part number (SF20LC30F10) for this  set. It is a two diode, three legged device 300V 20A super fast recovery diode. It is on the scan board TNPA3106. Has anyone got one in stock new or s/h or knows of a suitable source or replacement.
