17MB16P 2 green lights?

Hi this chassis - fitted to a Tosh 20WLT56, has one little annoyance, sometimes when switching off with the remote, the 'timer' light stays on and the only way to clear the set so it will work is to switch off at the mains??  :unsure: Is this the same fault as stuck on standby???
Come on guys :ciao:  i have a buyer for it  :yahoo: but its going to an old lady - bless!!! wanna get it right  :biggrin2: and i am makin a loss - out of the kindess of my blackheart  :diablo:
