Sagem ITD 62 crashing

I have a couple of ITD62 set top boxes that have recently started switching themselves off and then re-setting themselves.  They then work fine, but this is happening far too often for being able to watch a programme through to the end.  has anyone got any ideas about this, or should i just scrap them?  They do not seem to have any obvious software update method apart from total re-set which i have tried.
