SAMSUNG sp42q2hd UPDATE!

Well it was the LOPTX! Should have gone with my instinct I suppose.
After much button pressing to try and hear what was happening at startup & then shut down, I felt the LOPTX which was warm. So after replacement all is well.
Thanks to those who offered help.

well diagnosed, as i said we were main samsung agents in the north, they are reliable loptx, we had a few fail , but no more than 3\4 in all the time the model ran, good result
