all the buttons are functioning, except when i press them no OSD comes up on screen this applies to volume, menu, info, its as if the OSD generator is dead, any way of proving this?? its an smd part - but i have a board with a good one, which i dont know if I can fit as its smd.... or is there something else i should check?? I have manual, but dont really understand the circuit diagram these days... (someone PLEASE!!!) someone on here must have had this fault before... 17mb08p-03 toshiba 20wl56b, apart from the OSD its seems to be working fine... Ever tried adjusting things when you dont know where you are and cant see the settings??
