sharp aquos lc-32gd8e, red tinge

hi, got the following prob with my out of warranty sharp lcd.
Any white is shown with a pink/red tinge. i have gone into the service mode and done a factory reset but the fault is still there. hope the photo link works, the faulty set is the bottom one

its on the cable that connects the screen to the signal pcb, shake to verify, not guaranteed but likely

More likely the Screen Driver has failed. It's the small board, top centre of the screen. You will need the part number off it to replace.

Hi,I had a Sharp 32inch lcd with a similar fault months ago. This one had a green tinge to the whites,which got better on lowering contrast levels like a washed out crt.It turned out to be the digital pcb under another panel(don't have my faults book to hand to confirm).This pcb is available from Chas.Hyde & Son ,but at a price.

had this fault several times go into service mode then scroll down the pages to eeb settings then clear both then re-tune :clap:
