digihome lcd 26701hd

hi i have this lcd in for repair its stuck in standby .replaced 15nf caps to no avail,i suspect the eprom 24c32 does anyone know where to get one.the main panel is vestel 17mb15e-5 and the power supply is 17pw15-8. many thanks

set now repaired fault was surface mounted diode D807 on power supply panel
