HI, everyone, I have a Hitachi 32LD8D20U. I got it from Argos last year, after two months the screen went blank and Argos exchanged it for a new one on the 10/01/08. The last couple of weeks it has been making an annoying crackling noise. I have notice that this noise starts after the TV has been on for about 30 mins and it only happen when the screen is bright - i.e. I was watching a programme last night on Antartica - because there was a lot of white on the screen it was particularly crackerly - when the screen show a the crackling stops - it always happen at the white on the screen. I've had the TV just over a year now so the guarantee has expired. Any idea what this could be and if it is going to be costly to get it repaired? Many thanks Zippy :sad:
