led standby light flashes tv not firing up

bush lcd27tv600hd
switch power on..........stanby led light on
use remote or press led switch..........led light just pulses on and off continuesly
tv does not power up.
      any suggestions.

Check 5v and 3.3v regulators.

thnx mulja, did check outputs...seemed ok but will recheck.

normaly 1000fd capie bulged in power supply

dskservices:
capacitors in power supply are a common problem on these.
