Phihong PSM210-417 power supply

Hello folks,

   Have one of these that had the usual FSD210 pop. Fitted the 'Ohm supplies' Maxi kit 15  to find that the power-up signal on CN4 gives no changes to any of the 4 opto-isolator cold-side inputs. As all kit parts are for the 'Hot' section, now with 400ish volts on the two chopper drains, but no fire up - any ideas ?
