toshiba 55pj6db convergance problems

i have got to look at one of these tvs and allthough i havent looked at it yet i guess from how it was explained that it will be the stk ics does anyone know if these chassis are hard to get out as from what i have been told they slide out from the front any advice appreciated only problem is that i have to do it friday am
