PANASONIC 29V50R LOW SOUND AND NO EHT

Hello,
       i hv panasonic tv in No EHT fault but sound  not loud.
       H.output transistor is ok and B+ volt 135...140 .
       some time it become ON.i hv all board resold.
        please send me a solution .

ht looks ok at about 135 so check LT rails,if ok check line oscillator as next step
