SONY KD28DX50U software download?

Hi all especially any SONY engineers? I have a KD25DX50U and have changed the LOPTx and Transistor and have the setup and running But I am unable to tune in "Digital/Freeview signals" It gets up to 65% and then stops. I have read various forums and it appears the set do not like to be retuned and since my customer lives in a different location to me I had to  retune And there is as far as I know some software required can any body help??
