TV Philips 28pw6006 - chasses l01.1e do not ´tem sound and present a unico trace in the horizontal l

Please somebody can help to repair  one damages in a TV Philips 28pw6006 - chasses l01.1e do not have sound and present a unico trace in the horizontal line but next to top. it presented the burnt BU4508dx I substitutes it and the TV was with this problem. Already they had indicated me that the problem can be in IC the TDA8359j but I do not know where to buy it does not meet for sale. Thanks a lot
