Hitachi lcd 50vs69a

I need to know where to get the heatsink material "gel sheet" (as its called on the heatsink) for a 55vs69a mitsubishi lcd tv, there are 3 on the lcd drive board.
ps. does anyone know the best place to find projector bulbs, does anyone sell just the bulb or do you have to buy the whole lamp assembly?
