LG 29 INCH TV SERVICE MENU

I am unable to enter service menu even when i press and hold the ok of remote and tv as well.  i want to reduce the picture size. please help me i need the procedure to enter the service menu

Hi,
you will need to tell us the model number then we can advise you, some of the LG sets need a special service remote. If you want to just change the screen aspect then you wont need to go into the service mode.

Hi baqar,
 If u don't find service mode, to reduce vertical height, just increase the value of ground return resistor in series of  vertical yoke by margin of 0.1 ohm to 1 ohm.
