philips plasma error code 8 blinks ? anyone advize ?

Hello.
been given a Philips 42PF7320 which has stopped working. The unit switches on, solid green light on front of tv, sound but no picture. ( screen lights up slightly but blank background) I get two relay clicks, one slightly after the other and it appears that the screen powers up, but blank picture but have sound

.cannot find any issues with the capacitors, reflowed components on y sus & x sus no evidence of damage at all.

i have noticed if i press the service code on remote the green led on front of set generates a error code of  8 blinks.

anyone know what this error code means?

anyone know where i can find the 24c32 eeprom dump for this model please ?

ok just a update guys.

i ordered a new eprom from philips however i still have backlight but blank screen and 8 led flashes on front of tv ?

i have also noticed led 2001 is flashing on V4 Logic board however unsure if thats normal.

anyone any ideas what to try next ?

Chassis:  LC4.9E AA (samsung)
