DAEWOO DLP-42C1 Led flashes r,g,r,g,r.

HI GUYS.           I have a DAEWOO DLP-42CI in for repair,with  the led flashing r.g.r.gr.g. I have replaced C30/31,C15 and C17. I have no 12v,24v or 33v only 5v standby.

Anybody solved this problem before ?
