TV Philips 28pw6006 - chasses l01.1e

Please somebody can help to repair one damages in a TV Philips 28pw6006 - chasses l01.1e with this problem, had the  BU4508DX broken (K.O.) of position 7460 I substitutes it and the TV is  without sound and the image with a  trace near  to the top.
somebody had indicated me that the problem can be in IC the TDA8359j, but I do not know where to buy it i dont find it for sale. Thanks a lot
