Dead lines in screen = dead?

I am sure I know my answer.... but never know if someone has come up with some magical repair.

I have a Panasonic Viera 50" with two single pixel horizontal lines through the screen. I am sure this is a problem with the screen itself and is non repairable. But IS there a way to fix it? Or is replace the screen my only option? Where is the best source to purchase replacement screens, as I have a few different models here that are in need of parts.
