Difficult to get chip.
« on: August 26, 2009,12:17:00 »
Hello Folks,

Have a i-Symphony M2 UK, which is nice bit of gear, playing CD, DVD, MP3 tracks via USB key or photo card, plus radio - AM and FM, and of course a dock for the I POD.

Would be in Heaven, but heating/cooling tests have suggested that PT2314 -  the audio processor is duffish. Where to get one ? Chas Hyde consider it obsolete, and no one else gives it a mention.

Sure someone out there knows - Chris.       Probably Norman, as he suffers modestly for our trade.

Hi and Thanks a lot John,

Had never tried Donberg before, will bear it in mind. Have resoldered the chip and currently all is well.

    Thanks Chris.
