Dead Orion 32082... Help

Morning everyone.. I have an Orion LCD that is totally dead... has the psu/invertor on same board CEF286A anyone come across what problems on the board??

 :dirol:HI guys,I have just taken on a currys Orion tv32082 that is also dead. The power pcb combines with the inverter system. I have a 3v3,5v and 36v o/p's from power to main pcb. I don't have a standby light,but have 5v to it and 3v3 to tact switches.
Shades of a 17MB22 unrepairable fault.

  Note that Q406 and Q402 liable to go duff on P/S  CEF286A, but what about that pic ?
