Ay body know what chassis or known faults?

Hi I have a Toshiba 15VL64B,LCD TV with the following markings PW106B;AUO T150XG01 V2.I have tried searching for all and any combinations of these numbers all to no avail. The fault is power supply giving out the correct 5v,6v and 25 v but there is no "ON" signal from the signal board all switches and pulses from the switch and remote are all there any help would be usful if only to get the chassis tpe? :ciao:
