Logik LOG26 stuck on standby.

Hi chaps,can anyone help with a logik 26 inch lcd. It's stuck on standby with 3v3,5v &36v present.I REMOVED the eeprom and still never changed.
17PW22-4 MATED TO A 17MB12-2.     Any ideas lads ?
