Power supply help !!

Hi

I have just aquired a Digimess SM5020 bench power supply there is no power to the outputs, i have checked all caps and they all seem ok can anyone guide me which area i should be looking in to find the fault.
Sorry not sure which part of the forum to post this but i guess you TV guys might know.  :dubbio:

check the mains transformer,primary-secondary
for a/c out or for o/c or internal fuses

Also check for the type of protection it uses . if switch mode ps, overcurrenrt in primary orv=overvoltage in secendary.
