LG 42" PQ3000 No Audio No Video

LG 42" PQ3000

When powered up blue light flashes a few times then goes out as normal and you can hear relays ckick, there is no video or audio. The tv tries to restart itself going through this cycle every minute or so.

Anyone any idea what could be causing this / any components i should be checking first??
