try wiltsgrove ltd used to sell low voltage transformer if the one im thinking of small transformer on front panel

it's 5v supply other makes use simlar lock on scrap panels

Hi, Its usually the thermal fuse that has gone o/c. Short it out, I have never had one come back or go on fire! Hope this helps, Norman

Hi Norman,

   Have spent some while collecting thermal fuses from local tip junk for just this sort of purpose, just in case of a claim. Wouldn't do a transformer repair without one.
