Samsung LE22R87BD smearing?

 :wallbash:Hi one and all,I have a Samsung LE32R87 which has smearing on any movement if watching a test card its OK,I have change the CT board to no avail.The fault is mentioned in the EURAS data base but I do not belong to it So can any body let me know the fault?
