FERGUSON FL15DX5 NO FREEVIEW CHANNELS

EARLYBIRD:
Can anyone help, after retuning for the digital switchover in the Granada region there is no freeview data or tuning menus for the dtv,is this a case where the freeview module is out of date.The customer says it is less than 3 yrs old.Thanks

before switch over was the cust receiving  freeview?
or are they on cable,the quickist way to check fit freeview box and see

Hi.The customer says it was working ok on freeview till he tried to retune,now you cannot even get the tuning menu up on dtv,analogue still works ok,i wondered if it had gone the same way as the daewoo boxes went last year with not enough memory and cannot handle the new updates.Thanks

do complete instal as from new it will do a anolg search no
stations found then it should switch to digtal auto search,but before starting instal
 unplug tv from mains for 30 secs
