Not sure if anyone has had this problem but on switch on intermittently the screen picture is red with no vol control or PIP functions. All voltages appear correct but if multiple attempts to switch on are made eventually the picture and vol etc are OK? Looked for dry joints etc to no availe. Sounds like power problems as there is evedence of overheating around the LM317 Voltage regulator. Any suggestions?
