Hi Folks,

Have one of these where at switch on, OSG with preferences appears, only move from which is initial digital scan. Set tunes - all seems OK, all channels available.

After switching off and back again, same thing happens, not possible to view without re-scan. Tried Tosh for operating manual - not helpful site.

Any thoughts - Chris.

Deep into thermionic valves at this moment, but will try update tomorrow, and give a modern reply without secondary emissions.

Us old folks have such a wealth of acceptable expressions, sorry for those younger folks, with just emitters, sources and such - blame the Beatles, and Mary W  - Chris.

Thanks again, Checked with CPC and those bits for the biz required, ordered. Think this might just be a loss leader, but as most recent Vestels' have sockets just for such fun. Did they suspect future problems ? - well after that later tubed stuff, we might well suspect that they did.
