PHILIPS 42PFP5532D/05 Left side of screen black

When the set turn on, left side of screen few seconds has color stripes and then get black.On picture in places black spots .PSU voltages normal.Can be here faulty logic ctrl board LJ41-05187A? Any ideas? Thanks for responses.
