Philips 37PFL5522D pic too bright

Hi all, this lcd has a bright and -ve pic in the background. If I discon lvds plug the pic dulls to a normal level. Any ideas ?

Had a similar fault recently on a Sharp lcd tv. Managed to cure it by clearing eeprom and restoring default settings (in service mode). Not sure whether these options are available on your Philips though, but worth checking out.

Thanks for the input John,but I get the impression there's not much info on this model (lc7.2 chassis).
Set still in customer's house and checked euras before calling. The osd was also too bright.

Customer thought it srtange that this tv was made in Hungary and won't buy another Philips.
