In_Focus:
Check the features munu and check "Child Lock" is off. Alternatively you can reset the TV to factory settings by pressing Menu, 4,7,2,5 select "reset TV", press the right cursor button then press the green button. The set will now go into standby, switch on and tune in.

If that fails check the 5.1 volt zener diode on the side control pcb.
