NAD C300 amplifier - P55NEO

Hi folks,

Have one of these in where all 4 X  P55NEO  O/P transistors are S/C. Question is - what is a P55NEO ? suspect it's some sort of fet but can't find it listed.

Later - got the manual, Fets are listed as STP55NE06L - seem to be obsolete (no info) there's a + and - 30v supply, any thoughts as to replacements  ? - not too hot on audio fets - awful good on PX4's, perhaps will graft some in, but at 60v, output might be 100mw per channel, 3rd harmonic would be good though.
