Finally fixed my Philips 42FD9954/17S (no red stand-by power light issue)

Got my space heater back!      

Changed out; 2540 100uF 35V & 2541 100uF 35V

My ESD 88A; indicated 2505 was in the yellow, so I changed it out with a 1000uF 50V
The heat is on now... I missed my beast.
