Samsung LE32R73BDX keeps on turning itself on and off

Could anyone help me please. I have a 32 samsung model LE32R73BDX keeps turning itself on and then turn off.I replaced IC m801 (f9222l) but still the same.please help.many thanks

Hi, I see this is an old post, but I had this fault this week and found the cause to be ZDS806 18V zener open circuit,  the DC voltage at pin 2 of TM801S was fluctuating and the 24V rail was vairying from 2 to 5 volts.
