Sanyo CE28WN3 Chassis : EB5W28 No VHF RANGE

Hi Members, I have a Sanyo CE28WN3 Chassis : EB5W28 UK standard with UHF only  ,i've tried to change it in the service mode by changing UKMKT to OFF it failed to get the VHF range.I think it has some smd resistor  or jumpers near the microprocessor  which need to be added/removed or exchanged .Any idea?Thanks...
