New fault reporting

May be just me, but there seems some problem adding previously unreported repairs. Went through new fault biz to discover dead ends where this one isn't eligible to add any repairs at all.

Doing one's best for the site - well, it's cheap, and awful cheerful - Chris.

Perhaps an idiot's guide for entering previously unreported faults might be useful - well, to me at least - Chris.
PS -  Guess as no-one else seems to have the problem, will seek out my hat with bells.

When trying to access the 'New faults' database, notice that I am excluded from viewing or entering new topics.

Might be a good reason, perhaps - but still doing one's best  - Chris.
