EARLYBIRD:
Hi.Tried u31 eeprom no luck,changed c30,31,34,35,36,37,power supply kit,warmed caps up on power supply no luck .Are the caps you changed top left or top right of the panel. Any more help please.Thanks

how about c547 +c548 in kit?

Top right of panel..also changed the 2 smaller ones there. Didnt change 470uf cos I didnt have any 35v ones.
