the standby light constantly flashes, the set trys to start, you get a burst of eht and the tube heaters come on, you even get the musical tones, but you get no picture, the set seems to trip then it all starts again,constantly repeating to try to start,
tuned up screen and theres very poor frame, tryed frame chip still the same

any help would be great

A quick update on this one,
it looks like the proscan pcb is faulty, doesn’t seem to be a frame wave form coming out of IC, pcb is discontinued, so if anyone has a one going spare I can try I would be very grateful, part number is aa41-00610e
