Telefunken 32" LCD inverter problem

Hi

My LCD is blank and I know it is the inverter board , but I have replaced the faulty Mosfet transistors that does the switching into the Line transformers that powers the CCFL`s.
But it keeps on blowing the Mosfets.

I need to test the CCFL`s but not sure what the startup voltage should be because I am building my own inverter board to test the CCFL`s.Is 1000Vrms enough to start these CCFL`s.?

have you checked for s/c on sm capacitors that feed the
transistors,what board is it
