Hi all,

I'm trying to repair my mum's TV - It's developed a verical white stripe about 2" from the right hand side of the screen - the menu graphics are confused and lined. The TV picture is washed out and shifted left. picture colour is washed out - backlight seems ok.

I cant seem to find much mention of this board or TV, so I'm a bit lost. I'd be grateful for any pointers.

Picture shifted left with a dreary picture - as if the number of colours available have been drastically reduced - you can see boundaries to the colour zones

Tried removing the IC ...black screen. As before when replaced.

Did you try to put an empty memory. I think is a software fault, try to put empty or find proper memory dump. Did you try to make factory reste in SM of TV ?? Regards
