hi
picked up the above tv fault 1/3 of screen full vertical lines
checked the screen drive panel and cables all ok
i thought before i add to scrap pile someone might have
repair tip .suspect its the screen thats gone
have examined the connecting ribbons nothing found

Hi sparky
had something a bit similar on a different set, check any resistor packs for o/c located between the ribbon cables to the screen and the main video processor on lvds pcb,

The whole series of Philips LCD TV with LC260W01 inside is to belive to be faulty. Those screens are unrepairbale. Regards
