Hi I have a Philips 42PF7520D/10, When I try to switch it on nothing hapens, No picture no sound.. The front led start but after 10 second start flashing 3 times and again on. The led witch is insade is flashing.The relay on the star is doing  loud click after that 6 small click and after 1 loud click. I open TV and I change on PSU board capacitors 2465,2508,2541,2540,2350,2387,2397,2533,2532 but it is still the some. I try to heat the board but nothing I do not know wath next. I try to buy a new board but I do not found shop witch is selling it.
If you know wath to do please help

Hi,
Try this:
1. Replace item 7092 (if defective) by BC807-25W * (SOT 323, e.g. Infineon Q62702-C2326 or Philips 934024250115).
2. Cut a track at the bottom of the PWB near C2505.
3. Place an extra resistor of 10R * (1% MetalFilm, e.g. e.g. Yageo MF0207FTE52-10R or Vishay MBB0207-50_1%_CT 10R) between "+" of elcap 2090 and resistor 3508.
4. Resistor + cable must be reworked at the TOP of the supply for safety reason.
This is Philips solution when the Tv starts up without picture and sound and goes in protection mode after 30s (LED is blinking 3Hz)

I have it done but the TV is still not working.
It starts like before. On start the relay- big click, after around 20 kliks and aftar big click.
Front LED- it is on for 40 seconds, after 5 seconds OFF, after 1 second RED, 2x flash green and after the cycle is repeating.
Inside LED- is flashing.

I hope you can help my because I do not know anymore wath to do.
